Please Do Not Touch is a visual interpretation of the words from the text “Constitutive Effects: techniques of the curator” by Simon Sheikh. In the text, Sheikh talks about the making and curation process of an exhibition, exploring how the placements of objects can affect our behaviour in a museum, and what roles and activities are developed in the galleries.
In this case, some rules were applied on the scenario: the chair and the model represent both the audience and the artwork, and depending on the modes of address both elements can become one single.
